Asset & Investment Management Ltd has been looking after the interests of both private and corporate clients since 1979. We are privately owned, with over 1000 clients and currently administer funds in excess of 40 million pounds. The principal of Asset & Investment Management Ltd is Dean Burns, who has over 38 year's experience in the financial services industry and has been an independent financial adviser for the last 32 years.
As fully independent advisers, our clients benefit from our being able to offer advice on the broadest range of products and services. Whether it be for investment advice, retirement planning, inheritance tax planning or simply reducing life cover costs, we have many years of experience in finding the most suitable solution for our clients' needs.
Upon receiving an enquiry we will either invite the prospective client to our office or if they prefer we will visit at either their home or office. The initial consultation is at our expense regardless of the time spent, as it is most important to establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and objectives. Whether you wish to pay a fee or for us to be remunerated by commission, paid by the chosen provider is entirely your choice. We will then provide a report which comprises of our recommendation and the amount of commission, if any, that will be rebated against the fee. Up to this point there is no obligation on either side to progress the matter further.
