The principal of Asset & Investment Management Ltd is Dean Burns, who has over 45 years experience in the financial services industry and has been an Independent Financial Adviser for the last 34 years. In 1977, Dean joined the world of Insurance broking, after two short years he decided to start his own financial advising business and Asset & Investment Management was born.

Stewart joined our team in October 2011 and comes to us with an exemplary track record working in the financial services industry. Having worked within a leading high street bank for over 5 years, he has both adviser and managerial experience. At the heart of his working ethos is his desire to treat clients fairly and to ensure the best decisions are made for their individual circumstances.

An avid runner and keen chess player, Stewart lives locally with his wife Catherine and their three children Layla, Zac and Dawson.

Andrew Mina

Following the completion of his Masters in Finance & Accounting in September 2012, Andrew joined Asset & Investment Management Ltd as a Paraplanner. Andrew, who is excited about his journey with the company, has embarked on further qualifications to develop his career, and deliver to clients the level of professionalism they expect and deserve. He is a strong believer in maintaining ethics to a high standard, and this is integral to his workplace attitude.

Andrew enjoys most sports, but is particularly interested in tennis and football, where he plays right midfield in a men's charity football team.

Lucy Dang

Marketing Executive

Lucy is the latest addition to our team. She joined in September 2012 and leads the creative team as the Marketing Executive. Her key roles include strategic planning, developing marketing campaigns, communicating with target audiences and managing client relationships to ensure the company message is always reinforced.

She is a recent graduate from Kingston University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management. While there, she exposed herself to challenges and experiences that placed her completely out of her comfort zone including, taking a year out to live and explore the wonders of Bologna, Italy.

Lucy is inspired by photography,  fashion and art.
