Claudia brings a warm, worldly touch to the AIM team. Originally from Portugal, she earned postgraduate qualifications in International Trade Negotiation and Foreign Languages Applied to Business in Paris. With more than 15 years' experience in administration, bookkeeping, and bilingual support across education, signage, and events, she's recognised for her organisational skills and talent for building connections across cultures.

When she's not at work, Claudia loves exploring new destinations, catching live music, and keeping active with gym sessions and long walks in nature - all of which inspire her positive, can-do energy at AIM.
