Harou joined the team on a Government Apprenticeship scheme in 2015. He has successfully completed the apprenticeship scheme and has now progessed into a technical admin role - Paraplanning. He is studying for the full diploma in Financial Planning with the CII and he has a passion for mortgage advice. He has fast become a fountain of knowledge on mortgages. Mortgage providers are an unusual species, all with their own unique take on underwriting. Only when you have completed more mortgages than you can count, can you speak their language.
